Who wants to be an institution now?
Organisations used to want to be bigger than now. Now they just want to be relevant. Will we have to reinvent institutions?
There are now startups, there are brands big and small, there are charities, there are government agencies, there are even the family offices of entrepreneurs. They can all have a purpose too, and ‘engage their stakeholders.’
But there is (or was) another category that we hardly talk about now.
